FRO is always being stalked by his admirer SHEARIZE who will never stop until FRO is hers.

KOOKIE THE CRIME FIGHTER is the retired teacher of the KOITUS High school and has taken the KOITUS crime problem into her own hands. KOOKIE wears a skin tight leotard with a short cape, army boots , and wild blond hair. She knows the KOITUS P.D. are always on the shake down so she and her counter part CAROL THE CRIME FIGHTER provide the citizens of KOITUS with their own form of protection and street justice.

Attorney STEVE SLUSO is the number one defender, and divorce Lawyer in Koitus. He is always defending FRO from numerous driving violations and is seen with the "W" or the wife when another of her divorces has hit the docket. He greets new clients at the door, and due to his snail like mobility by the time they enter the conference room an imaginary clock is seen racking up his billable minutes resulting in most clients entering into collections before the cases start

MAYOR JACK MEHOFF is a satirical look at our political leaders that have been caught in scandals across the country. He is a familiar face of corruption and runs the town with an iron fist and his NAZI like police force regime. He is know for his perfect hair always having his assistant that follows him with a bag of his hair products.

STUART STUMPS is the dirty ass grease monkey who owns and operates LUBE IT ALL AUTO REPAIR . He talks with a drawn out almost hickish voice when explaining the problems to be fixed. He uses terms like Flux Capacitor, Ring around Bearings, and Optimator Fuel Discharger which have no meaning but sound important. He really sticks it to his customers when its time to pay up.

The two main characters are Puffy and Coots. They are the heart and soul of Koitus due to their kind and thoughtful nature. Other characters seek the advice of Puffy & Coots and rely on their insight and kindness for help. Additional main characters are Vag, Snatch, Fro, Tang, Tong, Wang, Chow, Patel, Peter, Officer Dick Head, Sargent Harry Numnutz, Mayor Jack Mehoff and many more. Each show could kick off with a song, from famous bands. Lead singers would be transformed into a cartoon character. Eg: Staying Alive from the BeeGees…show may begin with characters coming out of their places of business hearing the music, dancing down the main street to the town square.
Puffy & Coots Koitus streets and town business names are play words which have sexual connotation. Many characters in the show are business owners depicting all your typical stores, restaurants and mini marts. Eg. PATELS MINI MART.
The episodes each week will come from satirical looks at real life and how stupidity and ignorance play into many of today’s problems. The message lies in the fact that we are all sexual creatures and how our sexuality controls our every day lives. Puffy and Coots redefine normalcy in their town with each episode ending with a change of main stream thinking. The distinct over tone that is obvious by the shape of the characters and their names is accepted when you begin to identify with their attributes and their daily activities. We believe with a little doctoring of characters and episode themes, a child’s or young teen’s version of this cartoon; A cartoon in which adults and children have their own version possibly allowing for better communication between families.

She is constantly on the prowl for a new husband, and is occasionally seen going into hotel rooms with SNATCH.

He is somewhat cordial to most patrons but is cheap and attempts to scam them in his store by mislabeling the shelves prices, charging per ice cubes, and napkins. SHEARIZE often frequents the MINI MART causing fights with PATEL due to her favorite ORANGE AND GRAPE CRUSH being out of stock.

GUADALUPE is the Hispanic fence hopping landscaper. Whenever important political news is being shown on TV or heard on the radio, Guadalupe is seen annoyingly passing by in his very loud lawn mower always causing KOITUS to miss important information. As the camera pulls away from the town you can see 100s of Guadalupe's on mowers deliberately blocking out the message intended. It is said that the MAYOR may be using these landscapers to keep his citizens in the dark about the issues. Every scene features Guadalupe somewhere passing by with his lawn mower.

THE S HOLE is a bar at the end of KOITUS city limits, it is dark , dingy and depicts the fascination of anal sex entering always through the back door . Most of the male characters have visited, especially the KOITUS P.D. and MAYOR. Women are curious as to what happens there but very hesitant to to enter . The Owner and bartender is a despicable, cigar smoking character always telling dirty jokes.. Regulars come in like NORM, SLUG, and the like
